With its latest update, Multi-Diag Trucks now offers its customers two new features: Manual Diagnostics and Repair Support Procedures. The Repair Support Procedures feature provides the diagrams and procedures you need to succeed with repair work like resetting the maintenance indicator or calibrating a clutch sensor. With Manual Diagnostics, repair technicians can interpret error codes displayed on the dashboard. Thus, a simple phone conversation with the driver and you can troubleshoot the problem remotely and gain precious time by knowing exactly what parts and equipment you need to take onboard for a roadside job.
